Kelly Burgin

Kelly is a licensed psychologist specializing in child psychology and native of the area.  He has served as Chairman of the NC Psychology Board and WNC Source, to protect the publick from unethical providersw and to provide direct local services such as Head Start, food and tranportation to those in need.  Kelly also serves on the Vestry of his church.  Through recently retired, he continues to part time at the Henderson County Health Department and supervises two psychologists.
